Took my 2 Pomskie’s for a groom at Katori’s and as always it was a lovely experience. My dogs are two extremely nervous dogs but the groomers always settle them and take amazing care. It’s not often I feel comfortable leaving them alone with anyone but I’m more than happy to leave them for their grooms. They come out smelling absolutely amazing. Couldn’t be happier.

First time at Katori as our groomer has moved here! We had our 3 dogs done today one westie and 2 King Charles! The cuts are beautiful as always! We trust Fran the groomer 100% and the dedication, passion and love of all the staff for animals was plain to see! The initial discount was great and the loyalty scheme babe is an added bonus!! Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

We took our two chihuahuas in 2days before Christmas they were really great about our late booking and helped squeeze them in! I'm so happy with the groom my chi's look so tidy and smart I'm very pleased and they even came away looking festive with some silver ribbon on their collars! . Really good value for money it was a lot cheaper than other places we've had our chi's groomed and will definitely be a repeat customer!

My elderly, blind dog has always had 1-to-1 grooming before moving to Plympton but she is much more relaxed after a visit to Katori than she's ever been at any other groomers. A really excellent service and a calm, happy dog on collection - couldn't be better!

My 2 cockapoos always come out looking and smelling lush. The staff must all have the patience of a saint to groom my one year old dog as she thinks grooming is playtime but they never complain about her. Wouldn't want to take my 2 anywhere else now. x
